The Diving
Dive in the majestic waters of Truk Lagoon where you will see the ghost fleet of Truk Lagoon described as the world’s best shipwreck destination, with over more than 60 WWII wrecks resting across 77 square miles of the sea floor. Aside from the many wrecks, marine life lovers will not be disappointed. There are many residents of the Lagoon including unique soft and hard corals in lots of colours, plenty of sponges and resident clown fish to name a few of the vibrant schools of fish that call Truk Lagoon reefs home.
The Boat
The Odyssey has been described as one of the most beautifully maintained liveaboard boats in the world. At 132 feet long the Odyssey has spacious rooms, which are air conditioned with en-suite. Aboard is a large entertainment lounge, dicing room, dive deck and sun deck. All meals and beverages are included.
On the dive deck, there are individual tank racks, seats and storage facilities with an nice allocated area to hang your exposure suit to dry.
The Trip
Diving in Truk Lagoon is described as an experience you will never forget.
The trip is designed as a 13-14 day trip, with 3 nights stay in Guam before the 7 days all inclusive aboard the Odyssey liveaboard.
The cost of the expedition will vary depending on the level of accommodation you choose. All flights and land based accommodation remain the same throughout the different packages.
The Price - £ 3695 per person
Included in the price: Return flights to Truk via Guam, 3 nights stay at hotel in Guam, 7 nights full board accommodation on vessel, Transfers in Truk, Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks) on The Odyssey, Beer, Wine & other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on The Odyssey, Nitrox is also free for those qualified.
